Mnemonics Embedded Picture Alphabet

This resource page/classroom poster set is designed with care to strengthen letter-sound associations. This resource was created using existing embedded-picture alphabets. However, there are key design choices. Firstly, vowels have two pages each to correspond to long and short vowel sounds. Secondly, letters with different uppercase and lowercase strokes get different pictures to help students internalize letter stroke patterns. Lastly, letters with the same uppercase and lowercase formation get the same images to reinforce congruent stroke patterns.
